Oceanman Cyprus: Ayia Napa 2026

Oceanman is an international open-water swimming series, and its Cyprus edition is held in Ayia Napa. The organiser's website describes the series as a global one, and Visit Cyprus's events listing gives the details of this event, which is our main source here. The Visit Cyprus listing links to a dedicated Cyprus page on the organiser's site, but that page returned a not-found error when we checked, so we link the series home page. • Friday 6 November: registration and expo.
• Saturday 7 November: the sprint, kids and team races.
• Sunday 8 November: the Oceanman and half Oceanman races.

Visit Cyprus says the event hub is at Ayia Napa Marina, and that the event attracts hundreds of athletes from Cyprus and abroad.

Beaches and lifeguards in November

Visit Cyprus says Nissi Bay, a 300-metre beach west of the centre of Ayia Napa, has lifeguards with lifesaving equipment and first-aid services from April to October. That means the beach is not guarded in the same way in November, so swim only where a race organiser or lifeguard is present, and check the sea conditions locally.
