The Cyprus International 4-Day Challenge is a staged running event whose combined distance is slightly longer than a marathon, with road, trail and cross-country running over four days. It is organised by Arena Sports and takes place around Paphos, for the most part in the Akamas. The schedule below follows the organiser's site, with the Visit Cyprus listing as a second source.

The Visit Cyprus listing adds that the first day finishes in front of the shipwreck at Coral Bay, the second finishes at the Pano Arodes village square and the third at Toxeftra Beach, the entrance to the Akamas. Awards are presented at a cocktail and awards ceremony at the Coral Beach Hotel & Resort, according to the organiser.
Rules and logistics
- Registration: the organiser gives a registration deadline of 8 November 2026.
- Age: a minimum age of 18, except the 10k Paphos City Run, where it is 17.
- Teams: teams of three or four are allowed, with the best three timings counting.
- Event hotel: the Coral Beach Hotel & Resort is the official event hotel, where registration and the collection of race numbers, chips and bags take place.
- Support: water and fruit stations and medical support are available, and paid transfers run to the start and finish points from the event hotel.
